    Description

    Roles & Digital Solution Architect role within the Experience Platform service line is multi-faceted and critical to the success of our organization.

    Domain & Technology working in any 2 or more, Digital Experience platform technologies like Adobe, Sitecore, Drupal and Digital Commerce Platforms like Salesforce, Stripe etc or similar. Functional experience in architecting digital and multi-channel technology solutions, covering all layers of the technology stack, from presentation through to physical infrastructure confirming architectural principles.Outline current and future vision architecture, including traceability from business and IT strategies to suggested technologies.Good knowledge of Cloud technologies and their integration with Experience PlatformsKnowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, personalization and optimizations.Job and accountable for overall solutions and quality for Service line:

    • Responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the technology solutions provided within the Experience Platform service line. This implies that the person has full responsibility over designing, reviewing solutions, implementation, and maintenance.
    • Ensure that the solutions meet high standards of performance, reliability, scalability and customer satisfaction.
    Enforces standards:
    • Establishing and maintaining standards and best practices within the service line ensuring that all solutions adhere to these standards, which may include technical specifications, design principles, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.
    • Actively monitor compliance with these standards and take corrective action when necessary to maintain consistency and quality across all offerings.
    Capability and Thought leadership influence:
    • Play a significant role in driving capability and thought leadership within the service line that include skills, expertise, and competencies needed to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
    • Actively contribute to industry knowledge and best practices and inspire and guide others, both internally and externally, to adopt new ideas and approaches.
    • Develop accelerators for business growth.
    Sales support for strategic accounts:
    • Provide support to sales efforts, particularly for key strategic accounts or clients. This includes understanding client needs, developing customized solutions, and articulating value propositions.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment between sales strategies and service line capabilities.
