    ICU Specialist

    The ICU Specialist plays a critical role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. Key responsibilities include:

    • Treatment Planning and Monitoring: Implementing and monitoring treatment plans for patients in the ICU, ensuring effective patient outcomes.
    • Meds Management: Managing and administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
    • Patient Surveillance: Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to any changes in condition, maintaining a safe environment.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care, addressing complex needs.
    • Infection Control and Safety: Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety measures, preventing hospital-acquired infections.
    • Patient Education and Support: Providing support and education to patients and their families, promoting informed decision-making.
    • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, facilitating seamless communication among healthcare providers.

    Candidate Qualifications:

    To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting, providing hands-on care to critically ill patients.
    • Valid certification and registration as an ICU Specialist, demonstrating expertise in critical care procedures.
    • Excellent clinical skills, staying up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and research.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment, remaining calm under pressure.

    Compensation: The salary range for this position is ₹1,10,000 - ₹1,30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

    Experience: 1 - 5 years in a related field, preferably in critical care medicine.

    Education: Medical degree (MS/MD) or equivalent qualification.
