We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer with a proven track record in Building Materials, Paints, Sanitary & Hardware, or Drymix Mortar Segments. The ideal candidate should have a passion for achieving extraordinary targets and taking on challenging roles with innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Appointments:
Immediate identification and onboarding of distributors.
Efficient handling and management of distributor relationships.
Primary & Secondary Sales:
Manage and grow primary and secondary sales to achieve targets.
Ensure seamless communication between distributors and the company to drive sales growth.
Business Development:
Execute out-of-the-box strategies to achieve rapid business expansion.
Identify market opportunities and recommend action plans.
Market Analysis:
Understand market dynamics, analyze competitor strategies, and recommend improvements.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute sales strategies effectively.
Key Requirements:
- 2-8 years of experience in Sales within the Building Materials, Paints, Sanitary, or Hardware industries.
- Proven experience in distributor appointments and management.
- Strong expertise in primary and secondary sales operations.
- Passionate about setting and achieving challenging targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and deliver results under pressure.
