- Oversee all the day to day operational activities of the organization. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the organization
- Ensures everyone adheres to company policy and administering practices in fair and equitable manner.
- Responsible for managing budget and controls expenses.
- Take daily reports from all the team mates.
- Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate.
- Ensures standards for quality and team mates' performance are maintained.
- Be the input generator in all the policies and processes of the company where updates or changes are required.
- Perform all HR activity including hiring, Induction, pay roll, esic, pf and performance improvement duties, performance appraisal and increment.
- Support company-wide and team enhancing events, celebrations, display of successes, victories and overall company fun.
- Responsible for conducting weekly review meeting with all the team mates and fortnightly meeting with MDs.
