Job Description :

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic tech leads for delivery roles in large-scale AEM projects. The candidate will be leading a team of 8 to 12 members and responsible for the technical deliverables of the team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical directions during the implementation phase and detailing the design to a level that can be used by developers for development.

The candidate will be responsible for the following :

Technical design Technical delivery

Providing technical direction to team and addressing roadblocks Automated Unit test cases development

Defining best practices and making sure deliverables adhere to it

Discussion with architects, customers, and stakeholder groups

Providing inputs for backlog prioritization Identifying blockers for user stories and taking measures to address it

Understanding of NFRs and detailing steps to achieve NFR benchmarks

Performance optimization Estimations of modules and stories

Code review

Qualifications :

8+ years of overall experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM as a developer or tech lead

Capability to understand overall architecture and define detailed design

Minimum 2 years of full life-cycle implementation experience on AEM 6.x, preferably 6.3+, as Developer

Deep Expertise creating custom AEM components (JSP, Sightly) and OSGI bundles

Knowledge of AEM workflows, user management, roles and I18N Content migration to AEM, especially using automation techniques Consume and integrate rest and soap services to AEM
