• Engage in sales activities, focusing on promoting and selling our products.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with product selection, and handling customer concerns or complaints.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
• Keep the retail store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, stocktaking, and maintaining accurate records of merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales transactions, cash handling, and store security.
• Continuously strive to enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-improvement initiatives.
