- 4 to 8 years of proven experience as a Workday Tester, with a focus on NA Payroll and Benefits.
- Indepth knowledge of Workday Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to lead testing efforts and provide guidance to team members.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Required Professional Expertise in Workday Payroll for US including Payroll Processing Framework, Period Schedule structure, Payment elections rules, Paygroups, Earnings & Deductions, Pay Slips, Pay component groups, Compensation elements, Tax withholding and Payroll Input processing.
- Required professional expertise in Workday Benefits including Benefit groups, Benefit plans, Events, Business process, Enrolment Events and Rules , Automatic Benefit Eligibility Checks, Benefit Costs & Rates, Default Coverage & Auto-Enrolment, Dependents & Beneficiaries.
- Preferred Professional Expertise in Core HCM which includes Job recruiting, Absence management, Time and Attendance, Tracking talents and Business process related from Hire to Termination cycle.
- Worked closely with Business and Development Teams to understand requirements on preparing the Test cases, Performing Test Execution and Reporting the defects.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Presentation and Communication Skills with the ability to lead the team and work in a Standalone Environment.
