    Job Role:

    We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to qualify and generate quality leads by following up on inquiries/contacts generated by field BDEs. The inside sales executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, qualifying the contacts/inquires generated by field BDEs, passing on the leads to sales team, follow-up and monitor the activities on leads, generate periodic reports, upselling and cross- selling to existing customers, generating new leads through prospecting. Should also be able to get a sense of market trends, consumer demands and competitors' products through their continuous interactions.

    Responsibilities:

    · Actively working on the contacts/inquiries generated by field BDEs to qualify and generate leads

    · Sourcing new leads from various channels (new projects, company contacts etc.)

    · Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits

    · Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications

    · Creating a sales pipeline on the CRM with proper information to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process

    · Proactively passing on the leads to sales and monitor the activities

    · Following up on the status of business inquiries that are passed on to sales team and drive to closure

    · Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives

    · Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through , Emailing etc.

    Requirements:

    • B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical with 0-3 yrs experience
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
    • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
    • Effective communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills

    CTC: As per industry standard
