    • Brand Development & Positioning
      • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
      • Position the brand effectively to target the right audience.
      • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the brand is relevant and distinct.
      • Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce brand-related assets.
    • Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy
      • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing).
      • Manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
      • Create and execute social media content calendars aligned with the brand strategy.
      • Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns to improve ROI.
      • Engage with the brand's community on social media, responding to queries, and building relationships.
    • Content Creation & Campaign Management
      • Lead the development of marketing collateral with design team (brochures, website content, blog posts, video scripts, etc.).
      • Manage the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, events, etc.).
      • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and provide reports to management.
      • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as necessary for content creation or campaign execution.
    • Market Research & Consumer Insights
      • Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activity.
      • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
      • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs.
    • Events & Promotions
      • Organize and execute brand-related events (online/offline) such as product launches, webinars, trade shows, etc.
      • Work on collaborations with influencers, partners, and media for promotions and sponsorships.
      • Coordinate promotional giveaways, contests, and other creative initiatives to increase brand awareness.
    • Performance Analysis & Reporting
      • Track and measure marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
      • Report on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
      • Regularly review marketing strategies and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.
    • Budget Management
      • Plan and monitor the marketing budget for various campaigns and activities.
      • Ensure marketing initiatives stay within the allocated budget while delivering the desired results.
      • Negotiate with vendors and partners for cost-effective marketing solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
    • Skills in Marketing Communications, Brand Communications
    • Proficiency in Strategic Communications and Public Relations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Familiarity with the design industry is a plus
