    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering content-related projects to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, resource allocation, client management, stakeholder management, and quality management.

    Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:


    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.


    • Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are on time and within budget.


    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.


    • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

    Resource Allocation:


    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.


    • Collaborate with department heads to assign tasks and responsibilities.


    • Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

    Client Management:


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.


    • Understand client needs and expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed them.


    • Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to clients in a clear and professional manner.

    Stakeholder Management:


    • Identify and engage with project stakeholders, both internal and external.


    • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.

    Quality Management:


    • Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.


    • Conduct quality reviews and ensure that content materials meet the highest standards of excellence.


    • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve project quality.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.


    • 5+ years of Project Management experience.


    • 8+ years of experience in Creating Content, Proof reading, Copy editing.


    • Proven experience in project management, particularly in content-related services.


    • Strong leadership and communication skills.


    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.


    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


    • Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

    Work Requirements:


    • 5 days' work from office.
