    Job Description:

    Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for engaging audiences on social media? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and analytics go hand in hand? If so, we're looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media initiatives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:

    • Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
    • Identify target audiences, channels, and content themes to optimize reach and engagement.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to inform strategy development and execution.

    Performance Tracking and Analysis:

    • Track key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI using analytics tools and platforms.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Paid Social Advertising:

    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
    • Utilize audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI in Meta, Google, Twitter and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Monitor ad spend, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Strong creative and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging visuals and copy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
