We are seeking anexceptional Senior Manager with a strong technical background andproven leadership skills to spearhead our engineering effortsacross all SolarEdge products. This challenging yet rewarding rolerequires a passion for technology energy and innovation. The idealcandidate will work in close collaboration with the R&DOperations and Production teams as well as our AACs to ensurecomprehensive product sustainability throughout its life cycle.This position will be based in Bangalore India and will functionunder the direct supervision of the GM Engineering at our HQ.

What will you bedoing

• Leadingresponsibility over SolarEdge products once released to massproduction and during full life cycle.
• Leadand expand a wellversed team specializing in hardware mechanics andembedded systems working on cuttingedge power electronics products.
• Provide technical management for engineeringprojects and deliverables ensuring effective communication withstakeholders within SolarEdge.
• Plan for futureproduct modifications while maintaining existing systems.
• Handle staff hiring people management careerdevelopment and provide coaching.
• Developinstitute and uphold best practices within the team to create ahighperformance environment that delivers on predictable schedules.
• Prepare and control budgets for labor andnonlabor costs.

Requirements :

Skills Knowledge SpecialAttributes

• BSc/MScdegree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10years of experience in relevant fields including mass productiontesting and validation certification data processing and analysisof hardware power products.
• At least 5 yearsin a management position.
• Indepth knowledgeand extensive experience in a mass production environment with adeep understanding of the production process and productengineering data collection and analysis.
• Solid background in Electrical Engineeringespecially in one or more areas of power electronics and controlsystems.
• Proficiency in circuit schematics PCBlayout simulation tools EMI/EMC ESD Mechanical and Thermal design.
• Prior experience with hardware developmentthat meets regulatory requirements and functional safety standards.
• Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
• Exceptional people management skills.
• Experience in the Global Companies
• Practical experience with the appraisal andpromotion process.
• Willingness to travel bothlocally and internationally on occasion.

Desired experience thefollowing will be an advantage:

• Understanding of energy storage gridand renewable energy systems.
• Development oflowcost and highvolume products.
