KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withhiring managers to understand their talentneeds
• Develop and modify job descriptions toattract suitable candidates
• Utilize variouschannels to source potential candidates including job boards andsocial media
• Screen resumes and conduct initialinterviews to assess candidatequalifications
• Coordinate and scheduleinterviews with hiring managers
• Manage theoffer process including negotiating compensationpackages
• Ensure a positive candidate experiencethroughout the recruitment process
• Conductreference and background checks on potentialhires

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
• Proven experience as a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist or similar role
• Proficiency inapplicant tracking systems and other HRsoftware
• Demonstrated knowledge of employmentlaw and HR best practices
• Strong understandingof different sourcing techniques andmethods
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multipleopen positionssimultaneously
