Description

• Study and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings to plan production processes
• Manage end-to-end production operations ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery
• Operate and oversee VMC, CNC Turning Machines, Power Press Machines (15 to 25 Ton), and Heat Chamber Machines
• Responsible for setting up new production lines with focus on process efficiency and product quality
• Ensure smooth workflow for each manufacturing project with maximum operational efficiency
• Manage sheet metal tools (progressive tools) and zinc die casting processes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Establish and monitor production goals to meet company objectives
• Monitor production schedules and assure timely completion of deliverables
• Ensure products comply with defined quality standards
• Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency
• Optimize plant layout for effective material flow and space utilization
• Supervise shop floor staff, delegate tasks, and provide operational support
• Collaborate with departments such as logistics, HR, and dispatch for seamless operations
• Prepare and submit production, quality, and dispatch reports
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and implement improvement measures
• Support staff in addressing concerns, questions, or feedback related to production processes
• Maintain basic knowledge of plating, paint technology, and new product development
