    Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparation & Maintenance of Books of accounts
    • Recording Receipt entries, vendor invoices and payments, salary payments, other expenses, credit card expenses, sales invoices, employee reimbursement, statutory payments, etc.
    • Checking daily banking transactions and tracking monthly bank reconciliation statement
    • Coordinate with Auditors for timely completion of annual audits.
    • Resolving audit queries and passing finalization adjustment entries
    • Finalize Balance Sheet.
    • Follow up with clients on pending invoices.
    • Order and stock appropriate office supplies and equipment for the office
    • Track all documents for approval and signage.
    • Draft communication as required.
    • Preparation & processing of payroll.
    • Email exchanges and followups with clients, sending work details and invoices.
    • Ensuring proper working in the office and avoiding any scarcity or wastage

    Statutory Compliance - Accountant:

    • Recording and deducting TDS, Monthly TDS payment, Quarterly return filing, and issuing TDS certificates and Salary certificates.
    • Recording GST, Monthly GST payment, and Filing GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B.
    • Deducting PT, PF, and MLWF from salary and making payments.
    • Coordinate with Auditors for Income tax return filing
    • Coordinate with the company secretary for ROC compliance
    • Coordinate with PF consultant for any PF, PT, and MLWFrelated query

    MIS reports - Accountant:

    • Preparation of weekly cash flow statement
    • Preparation of monthly MIS report

    Other important responsibilities:

    • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, internal controls, and policies to safeguard the interest of the company.
    • Consistently analyzing of financial data and recommending cost control possibilities
    • To recognize all accounting transactions for salary to employees in Salary Accounting Head & to ensure disbursement of Salaries to employees as per company policy & process.
    • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
    • Establishing and maintaining cooperative and collaborative working relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Requirement:

    • Expert understanding of Accountancy and Tally Software
    • Experience with creating financial statements.
    • Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues.
    • High level of diligence, attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Fluent in English/Hindi
    • Minimum of 3+ years of prior administrative experience supporting executivelevel professionals.
    • Minimum of 5+ years in the areas of accounting leading to finalization of accounts
    • Mature, Independent, and able to work with minimum supervision.
