    Purpose of the role

    This role will be a Sr. D&T Analyst – DnA role in the newly formed Palantir Foundry CoE , responsible for providing deep Foundry expertise to project teams , setting up and monitoring health checks, standards, best practices and managing day to day operations of the platform to fast track Foundry implementation in General Mills

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Become an expert in Palantir Platform and provide training/consulting support to Project teams
  • Creation of custom training on how GMI has implemented Palantir tools.
  • Participate in training and enablement initiatives to ensure users are proficient in using Palantir Foundry for data management and analytics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications within the Palantir Foundry environment.
  • Platform Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Palantir Foundry platform.
  • Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform performance.
  • Manage/monitor system integrations
  • Help project teams with troubleshooting/coding in Platform (PySpark)
  • Platform health monitoring and compliance
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Platform Experience (Palantir Foundry preferably):
  • Good understanding of Platform capabilities(Palantir Foundry preferred), including data integration, analytics, visualization, and collaboration features.
  • Ability to leverage Palantir Foundry tools and functionalities to build scalable and robust data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Experience in Cloud Platforms – GCP (Big Query is mandatory), AWS , Azure
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Cyber Security
  • Data Architecture:
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture principles, data modelling techniques, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience designing and implementing data architectures including data pipelines, schemas, and data structures.
  • Data Integration and ETL:
  • Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies, including experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Able to design and develop data integration pipelines within Palantir Foundry to ingest, transform, and integrate data from various sources.
  • Programming and Scripting:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as PySpark , Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with scripting languages and data manipulation tools to automate tasks and optimize data workflows within Palantir Foundry.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Project Management:
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions

  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Excellent team player, ability to train/collaborate with development teams in Palantir Foundry solution architecture and development.

  • Broad FMCG Business and Technology expertise
