- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of MIS systems and databases is a plus
- Manage and maintain the MIS database to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data integrity
- Develop and implement data collection systems and processes
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on operational performance
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests
