- Is viewed as a local expert on Lean, Agile, and Systems Thinking.
- Has 2+ years experience implementing and working with other Lean / Agile principles/frameworks.
- 4-7 years experience working within Scrum teams with 4+ years as a Scrum Master
- Competency with Google Suite applications and other collaboration tools like Rally
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, including large group facilitation and training. Is comfortable communicating with key project stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Understands when to use "scrum by the book" and when to adapt scrum based on specific Team needs, limitations or environment.
- Regularly leads Agile/Scrum training sessions for new hires or other Team Members looking to advance their Scrum knowledge
- Has a proven track record of successfully growing and maturing Teams he/she has worked with in the past.
- Mentors other Scrum Masters and Agile leads
- Works with Teams and/or Team Members in need of extra guidance or assistance
- Is an expert with different agile methodologies including Scrum, Scaled Agile and Kanban
- Demonstrates and understands what specific lean/agile tools/techniques/principles to best apply based on Team needs, environment and constraints.

As a Lead Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader for cross-functional, agile development Teams. You will work with the business owner and product team to turn the vision for new products into clear stories and requirements, with developers and QA analysts to produce the software, and with Operations to manage regular deployments of software releases.
