Qualification Criteria:
Bachelors degree in computer engineering, Information Technology.
5-8+ years of relevant work experience in Banking Domain.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities for test manager:
Must 3 years into Bank Mambo and Back base for front end in to digital banking.
9-14 years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably worked in service-based IT industry.
5+ years of proven capabilities in managing large and Mid-size of programs (15+ employees)
Managing hybrid (Manual + Automation) projects
Develop and execute a comprehensive automation testing strategy implement test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices to ensure the efficient execution of automated test scripts.
Ensure the seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines and provide expertise in optimizing the CI/CD process.
Exposure to test management in Agile projects, strong Knowledge of Agile project metrics and managing it through tools like JIRA, MS Azure.
Define and implement the overall test approach.
Responsible for producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones, test tasks and activities whilst determining whether automation tools can be utilised.
Apply different estimating methods and impact assessments for test execution planning Defines / reviews test strategy, plan, processes and ensures adherence.
Reviews, monitors & ensures project parameters like schedule, quality, utilization, productivity, scope, and risks.
Engages the team in driving knowledge management, and effective utilization of downtime.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing processes and projects, ensuring minimal impact on software development lifecycle.
Define performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of testing activities and report on these metrics regularly.
