Job Title: React JS+ Java Developer

Location: Chennai, Bangalore,Pune,Mumbai and Gurugoan

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Job Description:

Core/Must have skills

1. React JS: component-based UI development, Redux for managing complex application state, Hooks for reusable stateful logic, and Context API for providing data to multiple components
2. Java Spring Boot: building REST APIs, handling multithreading and data persistence using JPA, and connecting to message queues using JMS.
3. SQL: design, querying, and optimizing relational database schemes using SQL standards and variations.
4. Preferred skills include knowledge of performance optimization, test-driven development, build tools, and version control systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Translates strategic design into controls, mechanisms, and processes that users require to meet goals.
2. Designs screens or pages with which a user interacts and ensures UI visually communicates the path that a UX designer has laid out.
3. Develops choices around design and user interfaces that allow cross-discipline teams to solve customer pain points and challenges.
4. Concepts and implements the visual product language;
5. create and advance site-wide style guides Constructs quick interactive prototypes that illustrate your UI design: functional with modern effects, animations, and transitions as appropriate, that present a realistic feel of the intended experience Presents prototypes to a large audience and key stakeholders of Product as and when required Participates in visual problem-solving with the product team, relevant stakeholders within the Product team Collaborates with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience Conceptualizes original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

1. Hiring for a skilled software developer with 4-5 years of experience in React JS, Java Spring Boot, SQL, and JMS. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing React applications with expertise in Redux, Hooks, Context API, and component-based UI development, as well as building Java-based server-side applications with Spring Boot.
