    Job Description –

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workday Absence & Time Tracking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Absence and Time Tracking modules within the Workday platform. This role involves collaborating with HR, employees, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient management of employee time-off requests, leave administration, and time tracking processes.

    Responsibilities-

    • Configure and maintain the Workday Absence Management module, including leave plans, accruals, and absence-related workflows.
    • Maintain and manage Absences & Time Tracking related business processes, configurations (i.e., Time Tracking & Absences rules and eligibility, New Absence plan, Reporting), and key administrative features of Workday.
    • In-depth knowledge of touch points of Absence/Time Tracking functional area.
    • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and absence data.
    • Troubleshoot issues and questions reported by the business related to Absences & Time Tracking.
    • Collaborate with business to understand their business requirements and translate them into Workday and Adaptive configurations.
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding absence-related inquiries and provide guidance on leave policies and procedures.

    Qualifications –

    • Must have 4 years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM, Absence & Time Tracking.
    • Certifications in Workday Absence and Time Tracking or related areas are a plus.
    • Extensive Experience in configuring new Absence plan and Time tracking templates.
    • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
    • Collaborate with business to understand their business requirements and translate them into Workday and Adaptive configurations.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
