Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions by understanding training needs from respective stakeholders (e-Learning, Workshops, Courses, learning programs).Develop course agendas, decide how best to deliver the course, and design exercises, simulations, and KPI factors in blended learning mode.
Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending them to the manager and stakeholders for review.
Collaborate with peers and Subject Matter Experts / Trainer / Quality teamTest content across a range of browsers and devices to detect issues and quickly fix them.
Key Skills RequiredMandatory knowledge about Instructional standard tools such as "(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Camtasia.
Added advance if aware of the tools such as G-Cube, darwin box, success Factors, Blackboard, Course Plus, or other LMSAwareness of the latest L&D theories / frameworks / models, and evaluation protocols that align with the needs of the digital learner.
And Deeply familiar with SCORM, ADDIE model, Bloom's Taxonomy, etcGood interpersonal skills and problem solving with customer first mindsetDemonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment bothindependently and as part of a group.
