About the Role: We are in search of a Women's Wear Merchandiser who will be in charge of handling the day-to-day sourcing of garments and raw materials, as well as the merchandising efforts in the Women's Wear category.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Establish and manage timelines for manufacturing and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction by following up on orders
• Build strong relationships with vendors for product development and manufacturing
• Negotiate costs and payment terms with vendors while keeping strong SLAs
• Collaborate in product development with factory mills, maintaining updated mill history and capabilities
• Regularly assess vendor performance and seek enhancements in timelines, quality, and costs
• Identify and solve problems along the supply chain to address challenges faced by brands, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Conduct competitive analysis and data research to develop sourcing strategies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sourcing, product development, and merchandising in Women's Wear, Active Wear, or a similar field
• Graduate from NIFT or equivalent with a strong network in relevant categories
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and frameworks
• Willingness to work in various conditions and with different stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in data-driven solutions and a product-first approach

Nice to haves:

• Prior experience in high-responsibility environments
• Comfortable with ambiguity and collaborating across time zones
• Previous involvement in fashion apparel manufacturing and supply chain
