    Description
    Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team meets its recruitment goals and objectives.
    • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to support business objectives.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring recommendations based on the organization's needs and culture fit.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication and feedback.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to build a talent pipeline and enhance the employer brand.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement.
    • Proven experience in handling ramp ups in an IT organization is a must.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree/PG in Human Resources or Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven 10 plus Years experience in IT talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least [4] years of experience in a team management role.
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) ideally Darwin Box and Workday and other HR software tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
