    About Us

Infopro Learning is looking for a Learning Experience Architect who will specialize in developing content for Leadership Development programs.

We're a Human Capital Transformation company, and we're helping organizations across the world develop passionate leaders who have the hard and soft skills to navigate transformations in today's VUCA world. As part of our team, you'll be expected to use your creativity to design learning interventions for the leaders of the future.

In this role, you will be expected to:

    • Partner with SMEs to research leadership training content and design high-level blended-learning design documents.
    • Develop experiential ILT/vILT decks, facilitator guides, participant materials, pre- and post-workshop assignments, train the trainer materials, and assessments.
    • Design engaging eLearning, videos, podcasts, and other digital assets to support learning outcomes.
    • Analyze client requirements and adapt existing learning material to fulfill specific business needs and learning objectives.
    • Peer-review the output of other instructional designers, writers, and trainers to ensure instructional integrity and adherence to standards.

This role is right for you if you have:

    • Sound knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and a working knowledge of editorial style guides.
    • 8+years of experience in instructional content development, ideally with a focus on professional and leadership development.
    • Demonstrated skill in building ILT/vILT programs, videos, WBTs, simulations, infographics, social learning assignments, etc.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, iterative environment, preferably at a custom content development company that works with an international audience.
    • The Right Skills
    • Exceptional English-language verbal/written comprehension and communication skills. English as a first language is ideal, but not mandatory.
    • The ability to build robust course content independently, sometimes starting with just the broadest concept or outline from the SME.
    • Developing content models/frameworks along with rich, comprehensive, meaningful learning experiences for a primarily US-based learning audience.
    • The ability to comprehend and communicate subtle, nuanced, and complex concepts. Strong writing and visual design skills to be able to deliver professional quality output for a global audience.
    • A vivid imagination and storytelling abilities to write immersive case studies and scenarios suitable for a multi-generational, multi-disciplinary audience.

    The Right Personality

    • Passionate about storytelling and visual design
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Adaptable and dynamic
    • Strong sense of ownership
    • Collaborative and communicative
