    Description

    Overview:

    The HRRecruiter Intern plays a crucial role in assisting the HRdepartment with various recruitment activities. As a vital part ofthe organization the individual will be responsible for sourcingscreening and scheduling candidates for interviews thuscontributing to the overall talent acquisitionprocess.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist in creatingand implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract toptalent
    • Screen resumes and application forms toidentify potential candidates
    • Schedule andconduct interviews while ensuring a positive candidateexperience
    • Assist in coordinating recruitmentevents such as job fairs and openhouses
    • Conduct reference and background checkson potential employees
    • Prepare and distributeHRrelated documents including offer letters and employmentcontracts
    • Collaborate with HR team to identifyfuture hiring needs and organizationalgoals
    • Utilize HRIS and applicant trackingsystem for candidate data management
    • Supportthe onboarding process for new employees
    • Assistin creating and updating job descriptions andspecifications
    • Participate in employer brandingand employee engagement initiatives
    • Contributeto adhoc HR projects asassigned

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Currently pursuing adegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
    • Strong understanding of HR principles andrecruitment processes
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain ahigh level of confidentiality andprofessionalism
    • Proficiency in MS Office andHRIS systems
    • Strong organization and timemanagement skills
    • Ability to work effectivelyboth independently and as part of ateam
    • Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamicwork environment
    • Detailoriented and stronganalytical skills
    • Basic knowledge of employmentlaws and regulations
    • Demonstrated passion forpursuing a career in HR and talentacquisition
    • Previous internship or workexperience in HR or recruitment is aplus
    • Understanding of social media and otherrecruitment channels
    • Willingness to learn andtake initiative in a professionalsetting
    • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmakingabilities
