• Manage social media channels and respond to customer inquiries
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of KRAs
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and implement marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , etc.)
• Experience developing and executing social media marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
