    Job Overview

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Visa-filling- Rajpura-Troy to join our client- Learning Tree. As the Visa-filling- Rajpura-Troy, you will be responsible for providing expert visa and immigration services to our clients who are seeking to study in Canada and Australia. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Rajpura, Punjab, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in visa and immigration services
    • In-depth knowledge of visa requirements and processes for Canada and Australia
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in visa documentation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle a high volume of visa applications and work under pressure
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and visa processing software
    • Knowledge of data protection regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist clients in filling visa application forms accurately and ensure all necessary documents are gathered
    • Prepare and review visa documentation, including financial statements and educational certificates
    • Collaborate with clients to gather required information and provide guidance on visa requirements and processes
    • Communicate with visa offices and immigration authorities to track the status of visa applications
    • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns related to visa and immigration
    • Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
