    Preparing Manpower plan for every year

    Handling Compensation & Benefit

    Handling statutory compliance (PF/Profession Tax, Income

    Tax(Employees).

    Preparation and submission of statutory returns under various labor statutes

    Managing the Quality system of the Department (NABH)

    All matters related to Performance appraisal of Doctors (Residents / Registrars) and Employees.

    Handling recruitment

    Handling of Granting Annual Increment to Employees/Doctors

    Handling payment of Bonus

    Settlement of Resigned Employees

    Preparation of monthly report

    Dealing matters relating to disciplinary action

    Coordinating with Auditors

    Updating of mediclaim insurance for employees and their families

    Assists the Director HR with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.

    Other tasks assigned to him include carrying out advertising.

    Provides administrative support to the department.

    Support the department implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance.

    Continues to help build and maintain a first-rate team.

    Any task assigned to him by the Director -HR from time to time.
