    Role SummaryWe are looking for anadmission Counsellor who are extremely customer centric and areexcited by the challenges of a new emergingbusiness environment. As an AdmissionCounsellor you will be responsible for developing new leadscommunicating with customers understandingtheir needs and ensuring a smooth salesprocess. You must be comfortable makingdozens of calls per day working with channelpartners generating interest qualifyingprospects and closing sales.
    Roles and Responsibilities Responsible to manage& convert leads for versatile upGrad programs which are incollaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes such as IIITB NIMMS IMT GhaziabadDeakin Business School IITM Liverpool Business Scholl MICA. Providing in depth information toprospective learners this includes counsellingthrough phone email chat and social media. Identifying references through the existingcustomer base to increase the salespipeline. Detailspertaining to lead discussions & conversion should beupdated real time on CRM (Salesforce)software. Responsible for Adherence of theinside sales process tools and data management. Meet and overachieve the given weeklymonthly and quarterly target in terms ofrevenue as well as number of enrolments. Handle Objections and Price Negotiations inorder to generate Sales Revenue. MaintainEffective communication till the time learner is onboarded.
    Skills Required Excellent written and spokencommunication skills (English proficiency). Strong sales bent of mind in order to understand and effectivelycommunicate what upGrad is offering to itsprospective students and close applications. Approachable and vibrant personality. Ability to approach any situation withpatience and very strong empathy. Passionto deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times. Must be a team player with the ability towork independently prioritize tasks and meettargets/deadlines. Basic proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Outlook Word Excel) is preferable.
    Screening Points Industry target BPO/KPO Should be a Graduate/PG Must have Minimum 1 Year of relevantexperience If candidate stays out of Delhicandidate should be open for relocation. Excellent Communications.
