    Designation-Key Accounts Manager - Modern Trade / Modern Trade Manager

    Experience-Min 10 years of experience in Work experience in FMCG Sales / Direct Modern Trade

    Salary-10L to 12L(As Per Current Drawn Salary

    Job Role-1. Strategic Account Management: Oversee relationships with all existing modern trade accounts from order generation to execution, including managing and growing national accounts.

    2. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets across modern trade outlets, focusing on volume, distribution, and visibility.

    Product Launches and SKU Management: Map new SKUs effectively and execute new product launches within modern trade outlets, ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotion.

    4. Trade Promotions and Marketing: Plan and execute marketing promotions and offers, negotiating annual Terms of Trade (TOTs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts.

    5. Product Placement and Inventory: Ensure products are placed according to planograms, set Minimum Base Quantities (MBQs), and manage inventory levels to meet fill rate requirements and ensure good store-level product exposure.

    6. Sales Data Management: Monitor modern trade sales data to inform strategic decisions, utilizing insights for product placement, promotions, and pricing.

    7. Relationship and Compliance Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners, ensuring compliance with all agreements and follow-up on payments.

    8. Team Leadership and Development: Enable team members to maximize output from key accounts and stockists by using knowledge and skills effectively, including sales closing, objection handling, and POS/POP utilization.

    9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local marketing and sales teams, as well as other departments like logistics and finance, to ensure cohesive strategy execution across modern trade operations.

    10. Market Analysis and Insights: Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, utilizing shopper insights to inform strategic decisions. 11. Store Visits and Liaison: Travel to visit stores as required, ensuring optimal product exposure and addressing any issues in collaboration with store management.

    12. Sustainability Initiatives: Promote and implement sustainability initiatives within modern trade operations, aligning with Chheda's commitment to environmental responsibility
