- Deliver exceptional customer service, offering personalized solutions and maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor during interactions.

- Handle customer objections professionally, turning them into opportunities for providing more information and resolving concerns.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively within the team to share best practices, refine sales scripts, and foster a supportive and productive work environment.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, tele sales, and/or relevant fields.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing, or related field is advantageous.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Required).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to engage in active listening and problem-solving.
- Aptitude for understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
