Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products and services, and promoting special offers. This role requires active listening to understand customer needs, providing relevant information, addressing inquiries, and contributing to our sales targets and revenue growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company products and services, and promote special offers.
  
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs accurately and provide relevant information, effectively addressing inquiries and concerns.
  
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions, including details of conversations, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive information for strategic planning.
  
• Implement effective strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through persuasive communication and lead generation.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service, offering personalized solutions and maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor during interactions.
  
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase transaction value.
  
• Handle customer objections professionally, turning them into opportunities for providing more information and resolving concerns.
  
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.
  
• Work collaboratively within the team to share best practices, refine sales scripts, and foster a supportive and productive work environment.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, tele sales, and/or relevant fields.
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing, or related field is advantageous.
  
• Language: Proficiency in English (Required).
