Job Description

The Performance Test Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining test plans, using automated performance testing tools, collecting & analysing multiple metrics, and simulating system behaviour to improve the performance and reliability of Salesforce applications.

This role works in collaboration with Performance Test Architect relying on experience and judgment to ensure the appropriate level of performance testing is incorporated into our customer implementations.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Performance Test Engineer role.

Desired experience or familiarity with the Salesforce platform.

Strong understanding of Performance Testing methodologies.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Jmeter

Strong programming experience with at least 1 of the following: C, Java, C# or Javascript.

Experience in the full software life cycle from design to deployment.

Excellent communication skills required and able to work independently.
