    CEO are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Founder Office Professional.

    The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, be well-groomed, and have a strong background in business management, financial management, and stakeholder collaboration.

    The candidate should be a qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of experience.

    Responsibilities :

    Communication :


    • Communicate effectively with cofounders, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Draft and present proposals to stakeholders and potential investors.
    Financial Management:


    • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
    Business Management:


    • Support in strategic decisionmaking and business planning.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    Stakeholder Collaboration:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
    Meeting Management:


    • Plan and organize meetings with cofounders, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans for Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle different scenarios and challenges.
    • Take initiative to address issues and find solutions proactively.
    Preferred Skills:


    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Proven track record of handling meetings and making effective :
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Qualified or semiqualified Chartered Accountant with 78 years of relevant experience.
