    Job Description :

    - As a HCM Functional Lead, you will be working on both offshore and onsite client projects. This role is dedicated to providing support for Fusion Applications, with a specific focus on Oracle Human Resources (HCM - SaaS).

    - Specialized Support : Focus on providing dedicated support for Oracle Fusion HCM - SaaS, with an emphasis on Oracle Human Resources.

    - Expertise Showcase: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Global Human Resources Fusion Application Suites (HCM - SaaS) and Oracle E-Business Suite, including proficiency in various modules such as Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence Management, Workforce Modeling and Predictions, Oracle Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Help Desk, Work Life Solutions, Digital Assistance, Connections, Experience Design Studio, Advanced HCM Controls, and HCM Journey.

    - Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.

    Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

    Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

    Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects.

    - Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

    Desired Profile :

    - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating strong customer relationships with the Support team.

    - Offer advice and assistance to internal employees dealing with diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

    - As an HCM Lead, you are expected to be an expert in problem-solving, particularly for extremely complex and critical customer issues, often involving previously unknown challenges.

    - Perform your assigned duties with a high level of autonomy, regularly reporting customer status and technical matters to management. You will work with minimal guidance from management.

    - Be sought after by both customers and employees to provide expert technical advice.

    - Act as a leading contributor, both individually and as part of a team. Provide direction and mentorship to team members.

    - Handle non-routine and highly complex technical tasks, applying advanced technical and business skills in your area of specialization.

    - Given substantial customer interaction, demonstrate the ability to work independently with exceptional communication skills. Consistently aim for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    - Any Industry Standard Certifications will be a plus.

    - Creativity, Personal Drive, Influencing and Negotiating, Problem Solving.

    - Building Effective Relationships, Customer Focus, Effective Communication and Coaching

    - Ready to travel as and when required by project.

    Experience :

    - Minimum 10 Years experience in IT with alteast 8 Years of HCM experience.

    - Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with hands on experience in below HCM modules :

    1. Fusion Core HR

    2. Fusion Absence

    3. Fusion Payroll

    4. Fusion Time and Labor

    5. Fusion Compensation

    6. Fusion Benefits

    7. Fusion Talent Management

    8. ORC

    - Extensive presentation experience

    - Strong influencing and negotiation skills

    - Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.

    - Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.

    - Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage.
