TheSales telecaller shall be responsible to handle theleads.
Identifyingprospective clients generating business from the existing clientelethereby achieving businesstargets.
Coldcalling & Maintaining relationships with Existing customersto identify morereferrals.
Identifyingsales opportunities & Talk to customers and Followup theLeads converting the leads intosales.
Followingup with customers and meeting sales targets & Communicatingcourteously with customers over thephone.
Priorexperience in any marketing selling Tele calling isPlus
Updatingcustomer details & Closing salesdeals.
Goodcommunication skills & Ability to explain and convincecustomers oncalls.
Requirements
Shouldhave minimum of 1 3 years of relevant work experience in Voiceprocess
Shouldhave experience in Tele calling Customer Care or taking callsOutbound & Inbound. (Voiceprocess)
Shouldhave experience handling MIS or strong experience with MS excel MSword
Shouldpossess excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
ImmediateJoiners or Max 30 days Notice periodpreferred
