Roles & Responsibilities:
Consult to determine Architectural preferences to meet overall design goals and to determine functional & spatial requirements.
Develop design from conceptualization through DD and CD stageCreate and modify design using Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup.
Recommend adaptations & Modifications to complete working drawing sets.

Project Coordination with Team & ClientsEnsure the integrity/ quality of the modelsPrepare Project Reports & DocumentsDesign across conceptual, schematic, design, development, and construction phases.

Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.
Knowledge of Lumion Rendering.

Should be perfect in design Interpretation, Evolve design from concept to execution stageInternational Exposure:
Middle East, India, APAC & NOAMExperienced in Design & Execution of Airports/Commercial/ Retail Real estate projects preferred.
