- Manage and coordinate structural steel fabrication projects in Ahmedabad, and subsequently all the projects in the West Region ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Expedite and oversee multiple fabrication vendors, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabricators, manpower contractors, raw material vendors, and other stakeholders in the steel fabrication ecosystem.
- Demonstrate quick response to challenges encountered on the shop floor, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Handle customer queries and concerns promptly, providing satisfactory resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and effectiveness in demanding environments
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in steel fabrication projects, preferably in Ahmedabad. Previous experience working in Ahmedabad will also be considered. Minimum of Bachelors/ Masters of Engineering in Mechanical or Production
- Proven experience in managing multiple fabrication vendors and expediting operations.
- In-depth understanding of the steel fabrication ecosystem, including fabricators, manpower contractors, and raw material vendors.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage resources efficiently and overcome challenges on the shop floor.
