    We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineering Manager (Electrical) to join our team at DCS Group in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As a Senior Sales Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales engineers and driving sales growth in the field of electrical products and solutions. This is a full-time position with executive-level responsibilities.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • More than 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the field of electrical products and solutions.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
    • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical products, including switches, MCB, and panels.
    • Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Proficient in sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and senior executives.
    • Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success.

    Experience - Min. 15 +yrs . (Good exposure to selling/ marketing of electrical items like switches, MCBs, contactors / switch gear products and has worked in companies like Havels, C&S, L&T, Siemen, BCH,HPL similar companies dealing with similar products. Most importantly he must possess excellent presentation skill)

    1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with

    the company's goals and market trends.

    Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the sales team.

    2. Team Leadership:

    Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance,

    training, and support to maximize their potential.

    Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the

    team.

    3. Market Expansion:

    Identify New Market Opportunities, target segments, and geographic

    areas for business expansion.

    Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and

    acquire new clients.

    4. Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding

    their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

    Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and

    professional manner.

    5. Sales Process Management:

    Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal

    closure, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
