- Programming skills: Good OOP/OOD knowledge to design and implement complex functional modules. Understanding of different algorithms, and experience selecting different algorithms to meet different business needs.
- Database design/optimization: Familiar with structured database design and optimization of complex SQL scripts/stored procedures.
- Troubleshot & Solution Delivery: Ability to understand root causes to problems, and identifying potential solutions. Ability to follow through on a structured approach to problem solving.
- Technology Skill set minimum 5 years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, MS-SQL, jQuery, Entity Framework and frequently used design patterns/principles.
- Tools: Familiar with Microsoft design and programming tools, including Visual Studio, SVN, SQL Server Management Studio etc.
- Insurance Technology experience would be an added advantage

Purpose of the Position
Based on company business strategy and clients' needs, lead project teams to propose, create and deliver appropriate solutions and meet our stated measures of success.
Develop specific goals and plans for the project teams to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
Provide users with software support by owning and maintaining existing systems with complex functional modules that requires strong cross-team collaboration of project team in both India and China. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to local India office colleagues, as needed.
Coordinate with development lead and teammates to collect, analyze and summarize system concerns, issues and timely report latest state. Create and maintain any required software documentation or project artifacts within our repository(s) and documentation library.
