Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy Product Designer to play a crucial role in designing our enterprise-level B2B SaaS products. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, driving the creation of intuitive, visually stunning, and user-centric interfaces that enable seamless customer journeys and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into elegant and highly usable interfaces through sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Facilitate and contribute to rapid prototyping sessions and design sprints.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and user testing to inform design decisions.
• Establish and maintain visual design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure brand consistency.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other teams.
• Work independently to drive the design process from ideation to implementation.
• Contributing to a range of brand and marketing assets, including the product's website, landing pages, social media templates, and other collateral.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of all design deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on product design for enterprise-level, web-based B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and effectively manage multiple In-House products with tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, particularly in the SaaS domain.
• Strong foundation in design principles, graphic design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of products when necessary.
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and prototyping software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
