    Revenue Growth

    Deliver sales objectives by driving patient volume, value, market share and driving top line by effectively managing channel partners

    Ensure that the team meets monthly sales targets in terms of both revenue generation and collections

    Identify, create and develop new market opportunities

    Plan marketing strategies for BTL activities etc for the region in line with the business plan

    Implement new project and initiatives in the region for revenue growth

    Manage Credit control

    Channel Expansion

    Expand channel by appointing new B2C partners and create network of collection centers

    Appoint and generate business from B2B partners like hospitals, labs, clinics etc.

    Seek new ways of revenue and brand expansion by doing various activities with the channel partners.

    Ensure recovery of due and maintain days outstanding as per the standard

    Analytics & Market Insight

    Thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, customer, competition, pricing and overall marketing practices

    Use data and insights to develop market strategies

    Should continuously evaluate market/ Competition trends and adjust tactics to take advantage of changes in the market

    Key Relationships Management

    Manage business of Key Accounts in the region like big hospitals, labs etc

    Manage relationships with Lab Partner and create win-win outcomes

    Maintain business relationships with decision makers in medical industry..

    Relationship building with external authorities as appropriate.

    Team Management

    Maintain sales staff job oriented by ensuring right recruitment, counselling, orienting, training and disciplining.

    Track attrition of sales team of the region and adapting best retention strategies

    Sales Team productivity management and build plans to improve.
