    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Responsible for Sourcing &Acquiring New Franchisee in his Region from Broking Backgroundthrough his team of territory managers.

    Managingall the existing franchisee across his region and ensure theBusiness Development of all the existing franchisee. Appoint &manage his team of Territory Manager ensure all territory managersand trained with all the products

    Key Deliverables

    1. Capability Development of self and team

    2. Ensuring the alignment of all operations activities tothe commodities business plan

    3. Constantimprovement of operations processes

    4.Supporting team staffing activities (recruitment)

    5. People Management own team

    6.Conflict resolution

    7. Reporting as perpredefined timelines

    Role Requirements

    EducationalQualifications:

    Graduate/PostGraduate/ MBA Marketing NCFM all modules

    Experience: 2 Years 1 Years in broking business ormultichannel service industries or Client Servicing andrelationships with Subbrokers IFAs Direct Clients.

    Domain Knowledge: Knowledgeof broking Capital Markets Banking o IT Skills: Knowledge of MSOffice Internet etc
