Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in international voice process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle challenging situations and difficult customers

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international clients professionally
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints
