    Responsibilities:


    Design, develop, and implement integrations between UKG's suite of products (such as UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions) and other systems within the organization, including HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, translating them into technical specifications and robust design documents.

    Configure and customize integration solutions using UKG integration tools and technologies, such as Dell Boomi, Integration Manager, and APIs.

    Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business rules and regulations.

    Document all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.


    Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary enhancements or updates.


    Stay updated with UKG product releases, updates, and best practices related to integration capabilities, recommending improvements or optimizations to existing integrations as needed.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum of three years' experience leading the design, build, and implementation of integrations between UKG's suite of products and other systems.

    Five years of overall experience in Information Technology, with significant experience supporting UKG timekeeping and advanced clinical scheduling.

    Proven experience in implementing UKG within a healthcare organization is highly beneficial.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Ten years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong background in integration development and project leadership.

    Skills and Competencies:
    Expert knowledge of UKG products and integration platforms like Dell Boomi.

    Strong technical skills in integration technologies and methodologies.

    Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.

    Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
