Responsibilities

• Manage the service side of customer relationships including escalation, implementation, and execution of EDI onboarding of trading partners
• Monitor daily incoming orders through EDI and all marketplaces: analyze and resolve order or document errors/issues
• Validating, processing, and monitoring of all wholesale sales orders with EDI retailers, and 3PL WMS including checking prices, SKUs, and quantities
• Ensuring proactive communication with our internal teams, vendors and customers
• Montior and execute procedures for chargebacks received from retail trading partners, marketplace orders and vetting possibly fraudulent orders
• Maintain account files according to established procedures
• Organize and oversee special projects, which may or may not be order related.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with EDI, wholesale and D2C order processing
• Processing EDI transactions: purchase order (850), purchase order change (860), order status (855), routing (753), ASN (856), invoice (810), inventory (846), functional acknowledgement (997) & a working knowledge of UCC 128 label requirements
• Proficient in ANSI X.12 standards, CSV, flat files & communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTP, AS2.
• BOL creation, shipment preparations and Routing Guide comprehension. Understanding what is necessary to meet the trading partner's pick/pack and ship requirements
• Expert Excel Skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, capable of following complex procedures which require tracking of pending items for timely follow-up and adjust to account for high priority tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot one's own problems and determine necessary course of action to resolve.
