- Point of contact for R&D Engineering Tools team in Europe.
- Creating & managing the new IM-R&D Engineering Tools Team.
- Co-ordinating with R&D Engineering Tools team & Partner for delivery.
- Coordinating with IM teams like Product Lifecycle Management etc.
- Delivery, creating & maintaining partner ecosystem
- Onboarding Partners
- Ensure logistics for the partner for smooth operations
- Ensure smooth handover of work during partner changes.
- Budget & Team planning of externals.
- Forecasting budget for internal IM-R&D Engineering Tools
- People Management of IM-R&D Engineering Tools team.
- Taking ownership of delivery and ensuring on time delivery of work both from Partner and internal team.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of resources due to peaks in projects deliveries.
- Engineering & R&D product & process knowledge of Marine or similar Business.
- Good collaboration and team working skills.
- Proactive, development-minded and result oriented attitude to work.
- Excellent problem solving & analytic skills.
- Has strong communication, presentation, and personal skills.
- Has passion for learning and developing.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Product Life Cycle Management domain knowledge for e.g. Teamcenter or any similar PLM Tools.
- MS Office.
- CAD knowhow.
- Good to have - Polarion knowhow, standard component library, ERP knowhow.
- Basics of programming.
