    Description

    SAP SF +Learning Management + Implementation (1) +S4 HANA

    Responsibilities:

    Should have familiarity with LMS technical integration (Single Sign on (SSO), Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI), payment gateway integration, etc.)

    Define and assign user permissions with appropriate (and restricted) permission levels

    Drive integration of LMS to several other tools (SFDC, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)

    Assist IT (and other teams) when integrations with the LMS are necessary

    Work with Clients to deliver new and modify BRD reports as per the ad-hoc requests.

    Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.

    rovides SCORM assistance, including SCORM wrapping, package testing, and package uploading into learning platforms

    Maintains training library content, relevant workflows, whilst evaluating course usage and monitoring completion

    Troubleshoots and makes decisions to handle LMS issues, including report requests, and other complex issues

    Mentors & supports internal resources in the uploading of SCORM packages

    Continuously manage the teams operational queue to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prioritize necessary course assets

    Support the audit process by maintaining accurate data and records and providing relevant evidence as asked

    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups

    Administers the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)

    Provide a point of view to continually improve the governance and technology solution surrounding operation of LMS and Learner Experience Platform (LXP)

    Train L&D spcos on Admin function

    Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

    Use your Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others

    Skills

    5 - 8 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Learning Management.

    Experience in Industry or consulting .

    Certification in SAP Success Factors Learning Management.

    Expertise in Knowledge of Connectors , documentation and training materials.

    At least one or more end to end implementation and two support project or 2 end to end Implementation projects.
