    Description

    1. Planning to work in achieving the targets given by the company

    2. Ensure the team for following the company strategy as per the instructions given

    3. Contacting the TSOs on daily basis for giving directions and planning

    Analyzing the report on activity done and updating it to the company

    4. Working in the field along with TSOs and ensuring minimum 15 calls and

    2 Distributors in a day

    5. Training the TSOs to prepare to work effectively in meeting the customers

    And detailing the company products

    6. Asking the team to follow the Tour program me

    7. Visiting the all the beat of each TSO at least once in year

    8. Guiding them about the reporting and ensure it is done by the team

    9. Helping the team members to build the business relationship with customers

    10. Supporting the team achieve the primary orders booking achieve the targets

    11. Guiding the team about the company schemes to be informed in the field work

    when meeting the chemists and distributors
