    Overview:

    The role ofan International Telecaller Representative is crucial for ourorganization as they are responsible for promoting and sellingproducts or services to potential international clients viatelephone. The representative acts as the main point of contactbetween the company and its international clients and plays a vitalrole in driving revenue and maintaining customersatisfaction.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Initiate salescalls to potential internationalclients
    • Explain products or services and pricesand answer questions from customers
    • Provideinformation regarding products and services in an engagingmanner
    • Handle customer objections and negotiatesales
    • Build and maintain longterm relationshipswith international clients
    • Meet or exceed salestargets and goals
    • Adhere to scripts and ensurecompliance with international regulations and companypolicies
    • Update customer information in thedatabase during and after each call
    • Follow upwith international clients to ensure customer satisfaction andaddress any issues or concerns
    • Collaborate withthe international sales team and other departments to provide aseamless customer experience
    • Conduct marketresearch to identify potential new leads andcustomers
    • Handle administrative tasks relatedto international sales and customerservice
    • Participate in ongoing training andprofessional development

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Proven workexperience as a telecaller telemarketer or similarrole
    • Fluency in at least one foreign language(preferably the main target marketlanguage)
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities
    • Customer serviceorientation and the ability to handle demandingclients
    • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and meet targets
    • Good knowledge ofinternational sales principles andpractices
    • Proficiency in using CRM software andother telecalling tools
    • High school diploma orequivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or a relatedfield is a plus
    • Understanding of internationaltrade regulations and culturalsensitivities
    • Excellent time management andorganizational skills
    • Flexibility to work inshifts to accommodate different timezones
    • Ability to adapt to different salestechniques based on the target market
